Welcome to my personal website! I'm a Ph.D. candidate in the Supply Chain and Operations Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. My advisor is Karen Donohue.
My research explores ways to enhance environmental and social outcomes of online retail logistics by driving changes in consumer behavior. Specifically, my dissertation investigates three innovative e-commerce delivery strategies that have the potential to enhance sustainability: green-but-slow shipping, in-store pickup, and scheduled neighborhood delivery.
Before joining Carlson, I worked as a marketing analyst for a major restaurant chain in South Korea. I hold a Master of Science degree in Operations Management and a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Yonsei University (Seoul, South Korea).
Outside of research, I enjoy spending time with my dog and staying active through yoga, pilates, and tennis. These moments help keep me balanced and energized!
I am on the 2024-2025 academic job market.
